Legando il nostro personale a un marchio per molti anni, possiamo includere vari modelli nella formazione e nel perfezionamento delle vendite. Ad esempio, il famoso modello del percorso decisionale del consumatore di McKinsey, che vorremmo illustrare brevemente in questo post.<\/p><h2><strong>Lasciateci vincere la vostra battaglia in negozio!<\/strong><\/h2><p>Il Consumer Decision Journey di McKinsey \u00e8 un modello utile per comprendere le fasi attraverso le quali un consumatore prende una decisione di acquisto.
